The Second Annual Fundraising Gala promises to be an exciting, star-studded celebration of our accomplishments in support of women filmmakers. The Gala will introduce you to extremely talented filmmakers who have been awarded scholarships and grants this past year including Cynthia Wade, whose documentary, Freeheld, won an Academy Award in February. The mission of the Adrienne Shelly Foundation is a very important one. We cannot achieve this mission without the continued support and generosity of friends like you. Our goal for the coming year and beyond is to expand our grants and partnerships to broaden our impact among women filmmakers, and help give the voices of these talented artists the means to be heard.
