Great list of female directors

Just came across this very thorough list of female directors over on wikipedia
and thought I would share. An interesting side-note about the most prolific female director ever:

In 2002, the Guinness Book of Records named Indian actress and director Vijaya Nirmala, the most prolific female director, since she had directed 42 feature films from 1972. However, pioneering filmmaker Alice Guy-Blaché wrote, directed and produced more than 700 films in the early days of cinema.
